Below are websites I have either created or participated in. Links and a short description of each site are included.
Coldwater Creek Neighborhood
I decided to create this website after hearing bits of neighborhood news after the fact so that my other neighbors could be up-to-date as soon as everyone else was.
The website is still in its infancy, but I hope that it will become a central repository of information for neighbors and potential neighbors.
The website uses a photo I took of a local creek in the header, and incorporates a Wordpress blog styled to look the same as the rest of the website. In addition, photos can be emailed to me through a contact form.

Design It!
This website allows www.GoToMyCard.com customers to customize credit cards with their chosen photo.
The original website design was dated and the HTML was not current (new website design will be live soon, click to see the current design). I was requested to redesign the website using the current Flash movie.

Town North Bank
When I began working here in 2008, the people in charge of "Bank" marketing had contracted and paid for a third party to create a new website. The design for the new website was completed but never implemented.
Using the creative elements I was provided (Photoshop files and a few web pages) I created the new website. Tasteful use of Flash motion elements complement the original design.
This website marks my first use of ASP .Net. The site is displayed using master pages and user controls (center navigation boxes and footers).
My Role: Implemented the web site that was designed by another firm, created, updated and optimized some of the graphics in use, created several Flash movies that were in use on the site. Added several UI items such as the ability to choose different systems with descriptions, Treasury management info elements and "Gift Card" pop-up element on the main page.
GoToMyCard
This site provides the ability to view and manage your credit card account. This website is also customizable for each credit union customer, including a custom top banner image and changeable menu background colors.
My Role: I customize CSS files for each client so their customers see a website similar to their financial institution's site when they click through in order to manage their credit card account. The web site was designed and implemented by one of my developer coworkers.
USA Mobility
Former employer - USA Mobility's main external website.
NOTE: A third-party company designed the site, I had to redo the menus and our design team had to re-manufacture a lot of web page code to make it viewable and cross-browser compatible.
I put together the code that turns the main page Flash movie on and off. I also update the Flash movie at the bottom of the main page and both top and left navigations, plus I designed new pages as needed from a Dreamweaver template set that I created for this site.
My Role: I created several UI elements such as code that controls the main Flash movie and code that shows/hides left nav sub elements.
Dr. Annette Van Natta
Irving, Texas dentist, general dentistry. My dentist, actually!
Dr. Van Natta needed a website to direct patients for information, download forms and contact her with questions. I designed all aspects of this website. Colors are based on her office colors.
My Role: Web site designer, created all graphics, Flash virtual tour, also acted as a web consultant to resolve some domain issues that were preventing use of the web site.
Bowie Band
Bowie High School Marching Band in Arlington, Texas.
A band booster asked for volunteers who could maintain the band website. The original design was all on one page, no navigation or organization.
I redesigned and reorganized the existing website, added flash animation and a horizontal drop-down menu to the top. I also added a Guestbook and wrote a PERL program to display student birthdays on the main page and in a separate "Birthdays" web page using fields in a small flatfile database. Other features include the ability to customize the main page with your name, custom Javascript archive page navigation.
My Role: Webmaster. Redesigned and reorganized the site, created all graphics and UI elements, wrote program to display birthdays, implemented a mailing list program and a guestbook.
Coronado High School Alumni
My high school alumni website.
This site uses PHP and a flat-file data base to display pictures and information about CHS alumni.
My Role: Web designer/owner. Created all aspects of the site, wrote some PHP script to maintain state and display information on each page.
Advent
A Christian rock band I once belonged to.
The band is gone and the live website no longer exists so an off-line copy is available in order to view the design. Plus you can download the songs from the projects we recorded!
My Role: Web designer. I created all aspects of the web site. This was my very first website, so it's been brought up-to-date several times.

Although I created the design for this website, my role was strictly advisory as this client already knew precisely the design he wanted.

Global Ventures for Christ
Christian website. This website attempts to help individuals across the globe deal with questions about eternity and the future of mankind in the wake of the 9/11 tragedy.
As with the "Ask Mr. Christian" website above, I created the design for this website but my role was strictly advisory.
